    Dear Sir,

    With reference to Acc No:[protected], I am having the current balance on my bill as Rs 1,111 which is due on me in next 10 days. You have also sent a legal notice to recover the same.
    This is not correct and I want to file a complaint against that with proofs. I submitted the disconnection request on 08 Nov,2011 and sent multiple reminders on 09 Nov,2011 , in Dec,2011 and on 6th of Jan, 2012 respectively.

    The customer care called me only in the month of January and then only, I think the disconnection request was processed.

    I approached the customer care through phone and they told that you don't need to pay anything. I went to the shop from where I purchased the photon and took the service. They also told the same thing that you don't have to pay anything so I did not take any step further. on the next month I again received the bill and then I again sent an e-mail on top of the mail I sent before that the number need to be disconnected. This reminder e-mail was sent in Dec,2011. Again I sent the reminder on 6th of Jan, 2012. Now Tata Docomo wants to pay me til then end of January 2012 which is completely wrong.

    I want the consumer forum to act against them. I should be charged till Nov 8,2011 when I sent the request for disconnection and not till January end.

    Request Tata Docomo to correct the bill and send it again to me on my registered e-mil id. I will definitely pay that money to them immediately.

      i Recharged my phone no, [protected] on 23rd march 2012 evening i.e. yesterday and i was having a gprs net pack even in ma account, but today in the morning , i checked y balance and it was zero(0), i called customer care and they said u used internet and we have deducted ur balance in respect of it, but still my account is having some data which is going to expire on 24th midnight, and again i talked to c.c.e of tatadocomo, they again said that we have charged against ur data usages but still i am having data in my no., its a technical problem with the docomo or something else, i don't know and they even dnt know and they r not telling me right.. i just request u and tata docomo , will they please return my balance as its not my fault and i have not used any of there data knowingly.. as it may be by mistake or it may be some technical problem which i am also facing from few days also.....
      so , please return my balance.

            Dear Sir,

            I was using Tata Docomo GSM prepaid service nearly 1 year. But nowa days I have got lot of deduction from my balance and really I am worried for following these type of issues in my busy lwork schedule.
            I ma using my mobile for nearly 400-500 Rupees per month. When I was recharging my balance, I have got deduction from Rs.30- Rs.50 in recharge basis. But i have got no details about these dedutions.
            Now also I have got a deduction amount of Rs.49 on 17-Mar. While I was asking to customer care, The people is not saying about any solve or solutions...They are keep telling that "We don't have any Informations about that"

            WHY THE HECK IS THIS SERVICE........I REALLY WANT TO CHANGE MY SERVICE TO SOME OTHER BEST SERVICE PROVIDER.

            Yesterday I was recharged Rs.40 to my mobile number. But I have not got Rs.40 Talktime as per their saying.
            I have got only 66 Minutes of talk time... Why this yaar??? If I am not using that card I can do the same within Rs.19 (66 Min X 0.30).

            I really need your support to retain my balance of Rs.49 & My Recharge talktime of Rs.40...
            NEED SOLUTION IMMEDIATELY.

            I would like to inform you that my self Jay Prakash Gupta working in private firm.The victim was that I have TATA DOCOMO mobile service number is [protected]. I am browing net services from past 10 years so i have good familiarity with them. I am using Tata Docomo 60 Rs @ 6 GB internet free scheam since 4 months.The incident was that 99.0 Rs amount unofficialy deducted by Tata Docomo without confirmation to me even i[censored]se or not for its newly launched 3g life service on date17/11/10 &12:57 hours and again 99 Rs deducted on 19/11/10 & 00: 02 hours from my acount by tata docomo 3G life service. The problem was that 99.0 & 99.0 rs amount forcefuly deducted by service provided without any confirmation by my side.& claimed that java games downloading charge, but sir actualy no any game download my side.my humble request that service provide rivert back pay amount which is due to faulty service of 3G life launching activate without confirmation.& i have 2G sim card also company knows but forcefully 3G provided by company.

                Hi,
                I write to you today after having a horrifying experience with My Tata DoCoMo mobile connection. My name is Vaibhav Arora and I reside in Bangalore after 3 Years of being a loyal customer on Vodafone Network I moved to Tata DoCoMo because I was promised, a simple and hassle free experience.
                The last few months have been anything but that. My unpleasant experience started the minute I made the VERY stupid decision to move to 3G. On the 6th of Feb 2012 I spoke to the call center for the procedure to active 3G services and I was told that a request has been registered and that in 24 Hrs the services would be activated. On the 7th of Feb. when I called to check on the request I was asked to send me request on via email. I did so on the 7th of Feb in a detailed email. The confusion that followed is on the email, which I have a copy of. I was first told I could activate a 5 GB plan for 1001 which would give me 5 GB o[censored]sage. Then later I was told this plan cannot be activated. Another email asked me to visit a DoCoMo center to get it activated.
                Post all the confusion on the 10th of Feb the 5 GB Plan was activated. I was informed that post my 5 GB limit my download speed would reduce to 128 Kbps. NO ONE at any point on calls or emails or any other form make me understand that post 5GB I would need to pay for 1P/1KB. That is a whopping 10,000/- per GB.
                On the 21st of March 2012 I got a message that my unbilled usage is a whopping 18,500/-. I immediately called the call center to verify, they said yes that they see unbilled usage but could not verify why this amount. Ten minutes later I got a call from a collection agency asking me to pay up else my connection would be barred. I asked her what this bill is for an she too had no clue.. She said its your usage. I walked into a DoCoMo store right across office “Koramangala, Bangalore” and explained the case to “Ram”, he assured that he would drop a mail to the department to not call me for collection and ensure that he sends in a detailed invoice for the 18,500/-
                Later in the evening my outgoing services were barred, I called the call center and was informed that I have used close to 70,00,000 kb of data and hence I had to pay up 20,000/- for the additional 2 2GB o[censored]sage. On the 22nd I went back to the DoCoMo center and explained the case to Manoj who told be that my services would be unbarred in 3 hrs time.
                I am clueless, and angry with the whole experience and feel cheated at the fact that I need to pay 10,000/- per gb o[censored]sage that I did not even signup in the first place.
                I request you to review this request and do the needful.

                i m also facing similar issue with aircel.
                Free usage was 3 GB for 30 days, but my bill was generated in 13 days. So i m not allowed to use it completely.
                Customer care is saying bill is fine as they have charged pro data basis. that is 18 k for 1.8 GB extra.

                  i (L.B.Vinod Kumar) am using TATA DOCOMO Broadband Connection from past 3months i.e., from 18th January 2012 bearing land line no.[protected], My rental details are Rs600/- PM Unlimited plan and call charges Rs1 per 3minutes. in this connection i had paid a total of Rs2,151/- as my 3 months bill. in this 3months and within this 3 months my broadband connection got disconnected 4times because of crossing credit limit i.e., Rs2,000/-. this is not the right way to deal with customers of any service after paying bills of Rs2,151/- still i cant get a credit limit more then Rs2,000/- is not acceptable. i kindly request you to increase my credit limit and made me enable to continue my Broadband services and give me 1 complete month time to clear the bill and not to disconnect my broadband connection within 1 month. i again kindly request you to consider my request and to increase my credit limit to Rs4,000/-

                  My photon number is [protected].
                  I have been allotted 7200 minutes of free usage per month. But my credit limit is set as 5000. Therefore when my unbilled usage reaches Rs.5000, my service would be disconnected. But I should be able to use the 7200 mins entirely. How do you justify the current credit limit? Please increase my credit limit to 7200 or give a suitable explanation. Paying extra for my free usage does not make any sense. I am fed up of calling customer care & receiving unsatisfactory responses.

                  Respected Sir / Madam,

                  I am (JAK Infosolution Pvt Ltd, Nagpur.) using TATA DOCOMO Lanline.land line no.6602348, Our rental details are Rs199/- PM (Plan -WL Tata 9 paisw PlAN) plan and call charges Rs.0.09 per 1minutes. in this connection We paid Bill Amount of Rs1551/-Bill Period 05/06/2012 to 04/07/2012 . in the In This Month.Lanline Connection Dicconnected because of crossing credit limit i.e., Rs2, 050/-. this is not the right way to deal with customers of any service after paying bills of Rs1551/- still we cant get a credit limit more then Rs2, 050/- is not acceptable. We kindly request you to increase our credit limit and made me enable to continue my Land line services and give me 1 complete month time to clear the bill and not to disconnect my Land line within 1 month. We again kindly request you to consider my request and to increase my credit limit to Rs3, 000/-

                      Its regarding a complaint against TATA DOCOMO service providers. over all I am happy with the service provided with them except no signals. the other day i got a call from their service provider asking for caller-tunes, and I being busy with the work, was avoiding the call bt still she kept on talking and finally i got a message that ur caller tunes is activated and i was being charged for it. i tried to call the customer service department for the same to dis-activate the same but there was no response and they have not refunded the money.
                      We dont have any customer service number to whom we can complaint against any problem.what is this?

                            I am very very disappointed my your online recharge service.
                            Help me otherwise I will file a sue against your online recharge facility.

                            My TATA DOCOMO number is[protected].
                            The remedy which I want is "Return of money"
                            I filed a complain and you gave me a docket number PRRG09671502 and you told that my problem will be solved in 7 days. Note that 7 days has been passed.
                            Please tell me when you will return my amount to my Bank Account.
                            If you are getting trouble regarding understanding my problem, then call me.
                            But refund my amount as soon as possible."

                            Details of the problem were as follows :

                            On 14 of Mar 2012,
                            "I tried to recharge my number with Rs. 32 using tata docomo web site, you deducted my bank Balance but rechange was not done.
                            I wait for half an hour and then I recharged my number with Rs. 32 then my bank balance was deducted and recharge was done.
                            But I didnot get refund of the amount which you deducted first time from my bank account.
                            When you will return my rs. 32 to my bank account.
                            Note here : My bank balance is deducted twice.
                            Refund money for failed transaction.

                                        I had recently (11-Sep-09) taken a TATA DOCOMO postpaid connection. I had submitted all the correct documents to them. Exactly after a week (18-sep-09) i was unable to make any calls (even though it has the worst network, ever time when i make a call it says not a vaild one ) I called up the customer care centre (121) and just to understand that the address verification yielded negative result.

                                        Address is 100% correct. Anyways, i had requested to re verify the address and they assure that they will get this issue resolved in a day. it has already been 3 days but there is no fruit. tried calling up the customer care but looks like they are more intrested in increasing the customer count rather than providing the basic service.


                                        I had called up the customer care guys couple of times and they always repeat the same story that will be done and we will activity the connection, these guys make all false promises ... they are incapable of keeping they words into action, I ask them to disconnect my connection and refund my amount that paid while taking the connection but they are not taking the request for disconnecting my connection.

                                        I asked them to give the Bangalore head office phone number , they had given two numbers one number will ring but no one will lift the phone and one number always switched off or busy!

TRAI put a rule that any plans introduced by telecom companies should be atleast for 6 months after launch. Whats is going on now? TRAI is sleeping? What the lawyers and Bigs doing in india, any one has guts to file the case on TATADOCOMO, come on indians, open your eyes and file and fire TATAs from INdia

                                        Tata Photon and Docomo — Tata Indicom is a cheat!!!!

                                        I had applied for a photon connection through Tata True Value HUb at Lokhandwala because they promised to give a Tata Docomo connection free of cost. The tata photon connection was promised to be activated in 48 hours but it never happened. It took over 72 hours for the center to activate it. However, when the bill came they billed me extra even for the period of delay. After repeated queries they rectified the bill amount after an apology.

                                        My Docomo card although was handed over to me, it never was activitated. A few calls to the Tata representative led to my calls being disconnected and a few times it was answered but with half baked information. It has been now 13 days since i was handed over the sim card but it is yet to be activated. Now I am stuck with a photon which i had taken for the Docomo and the docomo has not yet been activated. Representatives from Tata Docomo have kept calling in teh last 2 days and assuring me that they woudl activate it soon. I am apalled at this service. Now I don't want the damn service as I have lost complete trust in Tatas service. All I want is my refund from Tata Photon before I file a suit for agony and harassment and claim a higher price from them.

                                        Yesterday I got a service SMS in my mobile. When I opened that SMS, it directly went to website so immediately I cancelled it. After some time I got message stating thank you for downloading video you have been charged for 30rs.

                                        This is really cheating the customer if you open the SMS then Boom 30 Rs gone. There wont be any confirmation just open gone be careful of those SMS.

                                        I bought a 3g dongle from tata docomo 2 weeks ago. I paid 2600rs for dongle and activated a prepaid plan of rs 1275. The executive said that i will be able to use internet for 30 days. I was told that i can download 5GB data at 7.2Mps and after that speed will come down to 128Kbps,and i can continue using till 30 days are over. Surprisingly i was able to download 15GB of data in a single day and my connection went down. When i contacted the customer support they told me my balance was zero. I asked them how is it possible if the connection was unlimited. They said docomo is not providing any unlimited plans while i was holding their flyer which had big bold letters "unlimited" with no asterix symbol.
                                        I called the sales department asked them to explain the 3G life plan for rs 1275,
                                        they told me the same thing that i will be able to use internet for 30 days and assured that it was an unlimited plan. I called up again to lodge my complaint to find that DOCOMO IS NOT ACCEPTING ANY COMPLAINTS. There was no way to get my complaint lodged. they said they do not provide complaint tickets. How is that possible? How can a Customer Support exists with no one to document your complaint.
                                        Firstly, DOCOMO is trying to cheat people by saying unlimited in their flyers and advertisement and not providing. Why is it printed unlimited when there was a 15 GB limit?. How can you use the word unlimited when there is a limit of 15GB? Secondly, they said i must be able to browse internet for 30 days. My balance is zero in just one day then how can i use for 30 days? Why is DOCOMO trying to distract costumers by saying they can use internet thirty days while your balance can turn zero in just oneday?
                                        Anyone can visit DOCOMO website, they have not said anything about the 1275 plan and at the same time call up docomo sale department [protected] and they will still tell u details about it and assure you that it is an "UNLIMITED" plan.
                                        Once they got your money they drop your connection after 15GB limit and keep mum..because they do not take complaints.
                                        I spent rs 4000 for a broadband connection which was disconnectd after one day and they are telling me that i should pay another 1000rs to use internet. This is a scam.
                                        I want my money back. The executive who sold me the device is not answering my call. I must take a day off from my work to visit a regional DOCOMO centre. The executives came at midnight at my home to collect the money but when the device is not working i have to go to their headoffice.i'm not going to do that for a stupid dongle.                                         Hi on 22/05/2011 i had plan to take tata photon so i called just dial for to know about the outlet so after that from one outlet i got a call which is belomgs to damlur, bangalore and the office number is [protected] and they sen one executive by name vinod whose number is [protected]. Vinod came to my house and he collected money from me and given me the photon device and he told that he will activate my photon within 20minutes but that particular day he was not able to do that.So next day he came to my place and activated the photon.After one day again that got disconnected so i called his office number they told me to send my id card scan copy that also i have done but after two days also it is not activated and now they are not picking my call also.If it is possible kindly contact these people and return my money i dont want to continue with tata photon.

                                        I called customer care TWICE to ask if this offer was applicable for me. Both times I was told that the offer was applicable. Then I recharged and I got only the 1/2p per sec tariff and no TT.

                                        After waiting for ages, I finally make a call to customer care on 5 july. They say wait for a while it will be credited.
                                        Again on 6 july i call.. after spending half an hr with those people and their supervisor the solution they gave - Sorry, this offer is not applicable on your number. I dont know how you received that message. We cant do anything about it. We have noted it down as feedback and we will make sure you dont recv such messages again. We cant register any complaints for this, any complaints u have u can email to docomo.

Its been barely a month since i got the new docomo sim and i am spending many hours a week just talking to customer care trying to resolve issues and they wont even do anything. I have already wasted money on your petty "schemes" which u make just to fool and cheat your customers. I am already regretting choosing docomo network. All you do is keep saying " We are sorry for the inconvenience and we will try to resolve the issues" without actually doing anything.

But i found that i am unable to connect to the internet . then i tried the other sim of docomo to which i have made a easy recharge of 48 which gives 1 gb of free gprs usage and i found it running well and easily getting connected to internet . as i have a usb modem and i know all the settings to be made in that , but after all these i a m unable to connect to the internet using the sim to which i have done a easy recharge of rupees 95. they have not yet solved my problem . i think that there is a problem in 95 easy recharge voucher. i want justice to this . so please provide me .                                         This complaint is to create awareness about the ways in which TATA DOCOMO cheats their customers.

                                        I received a message from 52250 on July 20th, 2011 mentioning that

                                        "Your subscription to InternationalBabes has been been renewed, You've been been charged Rs 10.0/-"

                                        There are no typos on the message, the above message is at it was received with filthy english offcourse. The question is I never subscribed for any such service and I don't even know what it is.

                                        I tried calling the customer service number and the customer service is so terrible that their representatives just hung up the call pretending that they are not able to hear customers voice. They read the call closing script so fast that it can be understood that none of them wants to talk to you.

                                        It is not about Rs 10.00 getting deducted from my account, but about how many customers are been cheated by following these kind of tactics. Most of them won't even know or can't even read the message they send. All I am trying to do is create awareness about these cheats and bring them to justice.

                                        If Ranbir Kapoor knew that its is not so simple silly, He will no longer be a brand ambassador for such a terrible service provider.

And he was offering me some offers, one of that was 600 SMS for one month for Rs.30. And I informed him that I am not in my home town and so such packs will not work in roaming. But he comfirmed that it will work in roaming also. For my dismay it is not working and I am asking for refund but they are not doing it also.

                                        When I put the port request to port to another network,i got a message from DOCOMO CUSTOMER CENTRE stating that "u are selected to enjoy all local calls at 30p/min. and std at 40p/min. for 90 days..for that send the sms "YES" to 121. I send the message and got the reply stating that this offer will be activated in 96 hrs. BUT EVEN AFTER 10 days ,THIS OFFER WAS NOT ACTIVATED" and when I called Docomo Customer care they are giving reckless answers. My friend also got the same message but he got the offer was activated in 24 hrs..My docomo no is [protected].

Mostly the amount deducted are small to the tune of 2-5 rupees. So we tend to ignore it. The services provided for this money are unwanted and totally useless.                                         I had previously applied for a recharge of Rs 99 from Tata Docomo website, which changes my call rates to 1.2 p/ 2 seconds. Having paid for it, I was expecting my call rates to change. After few days, I happened to notice that my call rates remained unchanged, while all this while, I was happily expecting that my call rates must have changed. After realizing that I have been cheated from Tata Docomo&#039;s end, I lodged a complaint, and was promised that I would receive a reply by 29th April, which is today.

                                        I finally did get a call from Tata Docomo today, and I was eagerly hoping to find a solution to my problem, as my call rates were unchanged despite having applied for the change, as per their scheme, on their website. But much to my dismay, I was told that another scheme was already activated in my account, without my permission or knowledge, and hence my call rates remained unchanged. When i tried to put forward my case of why a different scheme is activated in my account, I was simply overpowered by an over insistent employee of Tata Docomo, who kept telling me to listen to him without even giving me a chance to inquire about my own account details.

                                        Having endured such a rude conversation, I was told that the previous scheme which was active, would be deactivated from my account, and that finally, after 2 weeks, I will be getting what was promised. And yet again, after making a call, I saw that my call rates remain unchanged yet again.

                                        Is this really what I am to expect from a &quot;Customer Service Team&quot;? That I will have to listen to that person, and be obliged with the fact that actually someone is giving me what I was promised half way through the stipulated period of the scheme? OR should be obliged with the fact that I am still experiencing the same problem that I have been complaining to you endlessly week in week out?

                                        I am simply disgusted and ashamed to be part of such a pathetic network, that fails to deliver the basic minimum to its customers.
                                        ON 03.05.2013 i got a call from a Tata docomo dealer m/s KRISHA IMPEX, 21J PRINCE BAKTIAR SHAH ROAD, KOLKATA-700033, the person offered me a internet connection for rs.650 per month, with a constant Speed of 3.1 mbps and unlimited download.He said the speed wont drop and i will get a constant speed of 3.1 mbps throughout the month.When I asked him 5 times will the speed be upto or constant, he said constant speed of 3.1 mbps.
                                        So on Tuesday the representative of there company Mr.Amit Das ([protected]) came to deliver the Dongle, he said Rs.1300 will be adjusted in next two bill.

                                        It got activated on 05/05/2013, and after completing 3gb usage i was getting a speed upto 156kbps. Since then i have been trying to contact Krisha Impex and tata photon. I am not getting through any of there number, and tata photon call center have said they are helpless in it.my photon no is [protected].
                                        Where do i stand now i don't understand. And who will help me with my money and harassment.

                                        On Sunday 30th June 2013, one person Mr. Kiran (mobile no. [protected]) called me regarding Datacom 3G Photon internet Services. He said that within less than 24 hours the connection shall be activated.

                                        i asked him to come to my residence. I handed him over rs. 2250/- in cash and all the documents required for KYC i.e. photograph, copy of passport, copy of residential address proof.

                                        He left promising that he shall ensure that the connection is activated within less than 24 hours. He also gave me one data card (mobile no. [protected]), receipt of Rs. 2250/- vide application number CAF NO. [protected]. He assured me of top class services and superb browsing speed. He left saying that next day i.e. Monday someone shall call you from Docomo.

                                        i waited till 3 o&#039; clock but no one called. I contacted Kiran on his mobile at 15:16. He said that by mid night the datacard shall be activated and I shall be getting SMS from Datacom.

                                        After 6 o clock in the evening, Kiran stopped responding to my calls. He started cutting my calls. i SMSed him at 22:30 hrs, he didnt respond. Lter on I kept calling him, he didnt take my calls. i could sense that this guy has taken me for a ride. My Rs. 2250/- is gone.

                                        I SMSed him again on Tuesday at 12:00 hrs and 22:24 hrs but there was no response.

                                        Tuesday night i.e. 02 July 2013, I contacted help line at number [protected] where one Shambhu Rajput took my call. He was terrible. he could neither understand the issue nor he could offer any solutions.

                                        Till date it is more than 72 hours and there is no communication from Datacom regarding my internet connection. i am a very senior bank official and i have all the documents that are required for KYC but Docomo could not process my application.

                                        Tata Docomo has put frauds like Kiran in the market who shall make false promises to public about their products and once u part with cash, these cheats shall stop responding to your calls/SMSs.

                                        Their helpline is pathetic and customer service is terrible.

                                        Through this medium I shall like to reach out to public to appeal that never fall prey to such cheats and dont ever buy any product from Tata Docomo.

                                        please help me to get back my money.

                                        Iam a tata docomo(my number is) network user, today (13/12/2013) i called tata docomo customer care number 121 to know about the rate cutter plans, they told some of the offers asked me to call 52222 to know the latest offers. when i called 52222, they told me the offer of 1p/2secs with recharge of 41 rupees having 30 days validity in recorded mode, when i recharged with 41 the message i got was as below

                                        Hi! STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.41, Validity:90 days, All Local/STD calls @ 1p/sec Tranc ID: [protected]

                                        after getting that message i called 121 but its not connected then i called 198 to register a complaint, the reply from the executive is very irresponsiblehe is not even concerned with my problem, and he is saying call again 52222 and listen clearly...i heard it thrice there is no problem from my side, the offer they said is quite oppisite from which i got.
                                        so, please tellme how to handle these kind of cheatings and to get appropriate justice.

                                        speed, Your executive told me that i will get 3.1 Mbps speed.After i
