Balance Deduction for Nothing

Dear Sir,

I was using Tata Docomo GSM prepaid service nearly 1 year. But nowa days I have got lot of deduction from my balance and really I am worried for following these type of issues in my busy lwork schedule.
I ma using my mobile for nearly 400-500 Rupees per month. When I was recharging my balance, I have got deduction from Rs.30- Rs.50 in recharge basis. But i have got no details about these dedutions.

please refund my money which debited twice.

On 14th mar 2012, I tried to recharge my number [protected] with Rs.32 using online recharge but transaction was unsuccessful, I saw an error message "Your session has expired".
Then I tried again and recharge was success.
But on looking my bank statement , I found that my bank account is debited twice with Rs.32.
This is why?
Please refund my money as soon as possible.

Wrong Plan

I transferred by number from IDEA to Tata Photon. I was promised that I will get 1400 local mins free(7 Local call toppings) plan. And when I got my frist bill, I figured out that it was calculated by 600 STD and 600 Local (4 STD and 3 Local calls). Nobody confirmed my toppings with me.
