Tata Docomo — online recharge not done | |||
i have always used online recharge option to recharge my balance in many telecommunication company but on 01/08/12 i tried to recharge my balance on my tata docomo number [protected] of Rs. 1000/- and i did that using my Online SBI account which i use always for online shopping or any recharge. but this time when i did the recharge 1000/- got deducted from my account from SBI and it is even showing that the transaction was done to tata docomo account and " MSBI[protected]IGB9853120 TRANSFER TO [protected] BILLDESK TRANSACTION A" like this is written in my bank statement. but even after 24 hours i have not got a single penny. when i called the customer care they gave me a retalier complaint number 52202 which is not a valid number and when i told that them what happened to me they said dont worry sir you will get your money. but i am travelling abroad and i had to recharge my phone so that i can use it on an international roaming but this is very wrong. i mean where my money can go?????????? pls get back to me soon with my money ... i hope you guys will help me to get a solution.. pls find the attachment , i did the online recharge but amount has deducted & balance not received yet.
I am recharged Tata Docomo with HDFC online ac, The amount deducted from A/c but not recharge. I contact the Tata Docomo customer care they are not responding properly and the mobile not connecting to the customer care once I day in a day. Each time they are telling different reason, but they are not taking proper action to resolve my issue. 2 days over still they may not resolve.

i have tried to recharge my tatdocomo no. [protected] for rs 300/ by sbi onlne on 30th august 2013 : 20.41.05 hrs. Amount of rs 300/- deducted from my account with ref. no. IGL5354859 (state bank of india bhopal).I was expecting that amount will refunded with 3 to 4 days, but it is not happen. please do needful and oblige.
