[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo SIM Card — need PUK code to unblock the sim

i purchase tata docomo sim card from paras mobile but it does not valid upto the 2 week, and i submit my document 2 times in this shope after that also outgoing facility of phone is closed, this complaint said to enterprises head he said it not my responsevility.
