[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo SIM Card — need PUK code to unblock the sim

my sim card is blocked so i need puk no of my docono sim
so plz help me

Though I have not subscribed for any thing I got a mesage from the tata docomo service provider that I am charged Rs.10 for subscribing the supermodel package.Please help me out

same happend with me...
i calld care n told to deactivate they said its deactivatd n next day 10 rs deductd from balanc ..i was like wtf
and surprisingly i didnt even activatd it..
