[Resolved] Tata Sky DTH Service — CHEATING OF CUSTOMERS BY TATAS | |
NO SIGNAL WHEN IT RAINS OR IS CLIOUDY THIS IS TATA SKY FOR YOU! Every time it rains, or even is cloudy, there is no signal. Tata say that they are providing latest technology from UK. I have never heard of or seen any loss of signal owing to rain in UK. In Kolkata, the monsoon lasts for many months. This means Tata is charging rent for providing 50% service. IS THIS CHEATING OR NOT? ALL KOLKATANS AND ALL PERSONS AFFECTED BY TATASKY DISHONESTY UNITE AND FIGHT! Does the same thing happen in other services??? Was this information helpful? | |

Rain outage is an technology issue. It rains very lightly in UK not like the rains in India. Also, this happens with other DTH providers like Big TV, Dish TV, Tata Sky etc.. So no point in blaming Tata Sky. All DTH providers face this issue.

They realy are cheaters and fraud, they have added Jumbo Package on my ID without my permission and deducted heavy amount from my account not only this they have also reduced the recharging date ny 2 months.
