[Resolved]  Tata Sky — No installation till date

Hi Sir,



I have booked Tata sky DTH on 7th Jan 2012. Your engineer did visit my flat on 10th of Jan he had some issue regarding balcony's grill and tarace.

At that time I was in office and my wife was in home and after these I talked with ur engineer and I asked him to come on Saturday(14th Jan) so that i will be in home and I could will provide the solution for grill and he was agree to come on Saturday.

But your never visit on that date or afterwards. I have allready made several complain (15 time) with customer care but till now intallation not done and ur customer care guys told me that engineer is entering different status just like 'cable oprator problem, Society permission' etc. While such type issue never exist.

Even your engineer never called me about this. My whole societ have more than 50 connection of airtel,dishtv. I think your engineer has some link with ocal cable operator and thats why his intention is not to installed dth.


If you are not able to installed than refund my whole money so that I can apply for dish/airtel dth. 10 days already passed and I can't wait more. I dont have money and time to call ur customer care. This is last warning and I will use this mail for legal action.


Please resolve this asap. Either do installation or refund my money back.

For you refernce- you can take data from cutomer care about my calls.

Tata Sky — No Installation

Hi,
I am totally agree with your problem. I have bought a Tata Sky connection from call centre on 06 October 2010. After buying the connection i was told that my hardware will arrive in 48 hours. The hardware arrived after 2 days before coming the Tata executive told me that if i can collect it from somewhere (what a cheap customer service). After collecting the hardware there was not a engineer nor call center gave me any call regarding installation. When i called in call center they told me that engineer scheduled installation for tomorrow by 10am to 12pm. I waited the all day for the engineer but no one came by. So i Called the call center and they told me to wait for today. If engineer did't turn up so i can take action. (For my Surprise one of my friend bought the connection from local electronic shop and it got installed in less then 3 hours) (maybe i made the wrong decision by buying from the Tata Sky Call center) So yesterday i cancelled the deal and ask them to refund my money for that they told me it will take at least 7 to 10 working days. So lets see how long it will take to get my money back.
And for your Kind Information Tata Sky call center is useless. They don't know anything in fact some of them even don't know how to use their system (Call center Software).
I don't know whether these people got any training before hitting the floor.

But what i know is that they are ruining the name of Tata's.

Hi, I do have same problem. I have made request on March 9th and crossed 5 days, No single call/no intallation happened. Repeated calls to the Tata Sky Help Line have yielded me a standard response "We will revert to you in 24 hours". One of the worst service from TATA Sky
