I had(now also I have) 10 Tata Steel shares and I applied for 2 more shares
as rights issue by paying a DD for Rs. 660/- .
When I enquired about the DD ICICI bank said the following statement.
*"The Demand Draft number is 104564.
The Demand Draft has been been Paid."

*I have Demat account with ICICI [protected] .
I have not recieved the 2 shares in my demat account and ICICI demat person
told me to contact you to find out whether or not I have been alloted the
shares .

Can you please tell me whether I have been alloted the shares. If Yes then
have you sent a physical share certificate at my address or the share would
be alloted to my demat account ?

If I have not been alloted the shares then tell me how should I get the
refund of Rs. 600..

but then suddenly no mails were coming from them and I have still not recieved the shares in my account or my 600 rupees back .

I have applied to tranfers of my Tata steel ltd shares and have used duly share transfer stamps but the form was returned back objecting for signature mismatch.Then, I requested for signature change and the same change signature was registered with TSR Darashaw ltd.Now, when I am applying for transfer again, TSR Darashaw ltd objected saying to use fresh share transfer stamps as old stamps will not serve the purpose because of one of the buyers name has been dropped in the new tranfer form.what is the logic o[censored]sing fresh stamps as the old stamps has not served any purpose.Pls redress my complain against TSR Darashaw ltd.

I had applied 11Shares and 54 CCPS Tatasteel rights issue in Dec2007 on plain application along with HDFC Demand draft of Rs 3300+Rs 5400/-. I had sent this to Ms Intime Share Registry Ltd, c-13, Pannalal Silk millscompound, Bhandup Mumbai-79 by registered post.I followed it up with 4-5 letters, however, I have not received a single letter reply till date from this reputed company. I filed the complaint with SEBI and intimated this to company. Please tell me what should I do next?

I applied for 30 CCPS and 6 equity shares against my holding of 27 equity shares. But till date I have not been alloted my equity shares and the refund order for Rs.100/-.

Against my application for above shares, I paid Rs.3000/- (30 nos.) towards CCPS and Rs.1800/- towards equity shares(6 nos.) -Paid vide PNB cheque no. 435453 and 435454 respectively.

I have receivd the allotment letter and got the credit for 29 CCPS to my demat account with my DP (Geojit Securities ltd) but equity shares are not yet credited.

I had sent my complaint and following up for more than 2 months now from my said mail regarding the above and scan copy of application, banks statement and allotement letter sent to you.But till date I have not got any response.

I once again request you to allot me equity shares and refund of Rs. 100/- agst CCPS.

I had returned my Tisco refund on 1/2/08 for rectification along with a letter, the content of which is repeated below:

I am returning herewith your draft No. 239089 dated 21/1/08 on HDFC Bank and payable at Guwahati for Rs. 2, 75, 700/-, for the understated rectification.

Although the payee Bank and Account No., that of Citibank, have been correctly recorded, however you have wrongly drawn the warrant on Guwahati. As reflected in my Demat Account details, my Citibank Account is based at Pune. As such you are requested to draw my warrant on any Bank in Pune, and send it to my Shillong address. Alternately you may draw the warrant on any city where Citibank has a branch, so that I may get instant credit and don’t have to pay huge clearing charges and wait for a long clearing period. Citibank neither has a branch at Guwahati nor at Shillong.

It may also be expeditious and preferred by be me if the proceeds can be directly transferred by ECS facility to my Citibank account.

i having 75 share of Tata steel, during IPO of right share i already apply 20 share for right and 84 share for ccps but still date i have no received any share in my dp id account. and still date both cheque are not deducted from my account. i already given the complain to intime spectrum in written and also through mail but no any conservation observed still date.

I have applied for 4,000 CCPS on a renounced form, however I have only received 202 CCPS in my demat account which I was anyway entitled, thereby meaning that I have not been allotted any CCPS from the additional application for 3798 CCPS.

This is contrary to the statement made by Directors in the abridged prospectus which states that allottment for additonal shares will be on 'fair and equitable basis in consultation with the designated stock exchange' (Pg 6 of the abridged letter of offer).


I think SEBI needs to take serious action against the company, bankers and the R&T agent
Also please let me know the forum where I can address my complaint for refund and improper allotment of CCPS.

I am a share holder of tata steel and I hold 20 ordanary shares of the company on the record date i.e. on 5th November 2007.

Subsequently I have applied for 30 Rights shates & 18 CCPS on a plan paper application.

I have neither received the shares or refund till date.

As adviced by the company, I had sent the plan paper application along with payment as per the issue price to M/s. Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd., Mumbail.

I would like to know the status of my application.

This is with reference to my plain paper application for the TATA Steel Rights Issue.

I had applied for 13 equity and 61 CCPS.

Interestingly I receive today alotment for 14 equity and 0 CCPS.Refer 157751/IN[protected] AND 157750/IN[protected] . REFUND ORDERS 211250 AND 211251.

REQUEST IMMEDIATE SEBI INTERVENTION AND INVESTIGATION IN THIS MATTER.

I fail to understand the basis of allotment for the TATA Steel Rights issue. Intime Spectrum have once more proved their lack of efficiency.

HAVE SENT ATLEAST 20-30 REMINDERS TO TATA STEEL AND INTIME SPECTRUM THE REGISTRARS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE.

As I told you, the account number mentioned in the “Refund Cheque” is already closed by me and now all the transactions are done via the ICICI account (No.[protected].
