[Resolved] Tata Tele Services — Harassment by collection agents | |||
Hi, I have been trying to make the payment for my Tata Photon from 19th and my password despite being correct was not accepted by the website. I reset my password, I got a pin in m email and that too is being not accepted by the website. Your Id has been locked as you have exceeded maximum number of unsuccessful attempts.Please click on reset password link to reset your password. I am harassed by the collection calls to make the payment. I have got several miss calls on my mobile. I work in night shift and sleep during the day. I have not got any sllpe today because of these collection calls. I call the toll free number and it just takes in my phone nunber and asks me to dial 1515 for account information. I dial 1515 and it tell me the number is invalid. Now in this situation how can you expect me to make a payment. Whey am I getting collection calls even before the due date of 03/06/2012. Why I am being harassed by repeated phone calls. Why are not letting me sleep. This is the last month I am going to observe and will switch on to another service provider if this continues. I need a call back giving an explanation on this. I want you to rectify your website and your customer care IVR lines. You website and IVR sucks. Complaint has been successfully registered.Please note the Complaint No : 509071 for future reference Its not just the password issue. I am harrased by the collection agents. I cant take this thing anymore. I have given the details below. I work in night shift and I am disturbed when I am sleeping. I cant freakin take this anymore. I have several miss calls on my phone more than 20. My complaint is not addresed fully. There is no customer service at all. Only collection. The 1515 number does not work. The toll free number does not work. [protected] not work. There is noboy to talk to. I am writing freakin emails here. I want Jaago Grahak Jaago to take appropriate action on this.
