[Resolved]  Tata Tele Services — wrong billing

hello sir ,
i was a postpaid user of tata docomo in roorkee . they disconnected my connection without any notice or without any valid reason on dec 20th 2012, and after repeated calls and visits to the customer care they reactivated it on 1st of january . and they billed me for total amount and when i asked them repeatedly to correct the bill . all i get is a reply of saying that they had billed me correctly . and they gave me a pre restriction alert in the month of feb. and i asked them to rectify the bill and then i ll pay the bill but still they didnt give me a good response. and below is the mail i sent to them .

TATA TELE SERVICES — restrication from service

Dear Sir/Mam,

I was serving in Tata Tele Services at Hamir Tower 5th Avenue PWD colony Jodhpur (Rajasthan).My son (Mahir) of only 11 months was suffering from cleft palete & due to this he was unable to eat & mother feed, so doctor of Global Hospital & Research Centre at Mt.Abu (Raj) told us for a operation. For this I need 10-15 days leave.I told my boss Mr. Pankaj Vyas for the leave, by knowing my problem Mr. Pankaj Vyas gave me the permission.I had also told my problem to Mr.Ragvendra Rathore. But at the time of getting leave Mr. Ragvendra was not there, so I took permission from Mr. Pankaj Vyas.After 12 days I came at Jodhpur & rejoin the service, Mr.Ragvendra told me to not to come from 1st Oct 08.I belongs to a middle class family, I need job, but I don't want to rejoin this job where the misanthrope people are serving.
My duty was that to take permission for leave & one boss gave me.
Most of the emp of this office was afraid of Mr.Ragvendra's behaviour.
This is not a way for the employees.
How can he treat us like animals, Being a human being he had to understand our problems.I had take leave for my child's operation not for my entertainment.

This is not humanity, Suppose his child was suffering from the same situation, What happen...

Pls take action on this matter & tell me What I do???????
I'm needy person, pls tell me where do I do my job as soon as possible.
