, Dear Sir, With reference to the above we had applied for disconnection of tata photon nos [protected] & [protected] on dec 27.12.2012 at hubli office even we have cleared all the dues, then we even sent request mail to the customer care on dated 28.12.2012. we got a reply for that on 28.12.2012 reference number for the same is[protected] &[protected]. But till date there is no action taken we even spoken to the customer care they assured us that both the connections has been disconnected and we will not receive bills in future, we even went personally to your office they also assured the same. But nothing has been changed they are sending us the monthly bill and sending persons for recovery of bill this is completely ridiculous. Hence we request you to kindly take the necessary action immediately as the Matter is Most Urgent; otherwise we are forced to go to TRAI/ Consumer Forum in this regard.
