[Resolved]  Tata Teleservices — Harassing with bills for already disconnected services will Jill dues

I had a corporate tata photon, now called tata docomo connection (ph no : [protected]) which needed to be disconnected in 2011 , as I did not need it any more and was lying unused for a while though all the payments were being made regularly. So I requested for disconnection. However they told me that I had to pay a final amount, which I paid and then the customer care checked their system and after confirming that there were no outstanding payments, they said that the connection will be disconnected and gave me the acknowledgment number (ref no :[protected] on 30th sep 2011 ) for the same. However I had been been disturbed all the time with calls on payment duemof rs 600 snd so on... now they say that the amount is due for 1490 + 750 legal charges. When all the dues have been closed out and the service disconnected , why would I have to pay more ? These incessant calls continued regularly for a while followed by notices and now a legal notice from an advocate shiva Kumar even after 2 years ! Why should I be tortured by all these and harassed by such notices ??? Just because I took a connection from the tata docomo and that I don't want to use it any more ? Now I just warn all my colleagues of this cheap behaviour and to not get into such a mess , because of the hell one can get into due to disconnection of the same. Please be considerate to the customers and don't take advantage of them. Please can you help to close out on this problem? And i really would appreciate to have reply with a confirmation that i will nor be disturbed by all such harassing mails so that i can be sure that i will Not be in trouble anymore. It's becoming to difficult to tolerate this anymore. Thanks a lot in advance.

TATA TeleServices — I GET DISTURB FOR TATA

I GET CALLS FROM 66753327, 65874442, 66611588,[protected], 66849687, THESE NUMBERS ATLEAST THREE TO FOUR TIMES A DAY. THEY ASK FOR TAKING ME THE NEW CONNECTION IF I SAY THANK YOU, THEN THEY START ASKING ME THE REFERENCES ETC AND THEY REPEAT IT AS IF ITS THEY ROUTINE JOB TO CALL ME. ITS NOT ONLY ME BUT MOST OF MY COLLEAGES GET DISTURBED FROM THE UNNESSARY CALLS FROM TATA...PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION. IT WOULD BE OF GREAT HELP IF YOU COULD ASK THESE GUYS NOT TO CALL ME.
