Tata Teleservices Maharastra Limited — Very low speed

I had purchased a tata photon plus 3G with number [protected] in mumbai on 13th Jun 2013 and the speed which was getting was 0.07Mbps
Almost 75% of my data was unused and it will expire in another 3 days. I had called to even customer care few times and the response which i got was "cal us after 2 hrs"( at 10 pm night).......Even today also, i visited the tata docomo office in Andheri West, they werent able to identify the issue and speaking very rudely. So please take necessary against them

Dear sir,

while taking Tata Photon dongle, I was assured that i will get a speed of 3.1 mbps however i am getting speed of only 0.28 mbps which is unbearable.
i lodged omplaint vide docket number[protected]. company engineer comes but complain remain unresolved and in between i got call from Tata Photon that speed will remain same but failed to resolved the problem.on 26.12.2011 i got mail stating my complain is resolved without resolving complain. in Mail they write that "Hope you are satisfied." kindly look into this and resolve my problem otherwise pay my advance rent taken from me if Tata Photon can not give assured speed.
