[Resolved]  Taxi — Asking to go on meter after taking pre paid slip

I hired pre paid yellow taxi (Number - 1731) driver name:- Raju Gupta(as told by him.) from Howrah to Salt Lake Sector V (I had told that at the counter to mention Millenium City but he mentioned that its in sector V so no need to mention it in the slip ).Driver took the slip from me at the station itself and dropped me at WIPRO telling that he will not go ahead even one step from there without starting Meter. I took it in the written from him on the slip itself and attaching the scanned copy with this complain.
And I had to pay extra(Rs 20 which comes as by default charge of taxi meter) to him from Wipro to Millenium City(which is just around 200 meters max from Wipro)
