Dear Sir/Madam, I Mohd Obaidul Baqi Applied for a PAN through taxsmile.com site with login id mailobaid on 30/12/2008 with payment ID 71908 & sent a hard copy of relevant form & documents through DTDC Courier on below mention address: Taxsmile.com India Pvt. Ltd. Tex Centre, 'N' Wing, 3rd floor Chandivali Road, Off Saki Vihar Road, Chandivali, Andheri (E) Mumbai - 400 072 after that I had a telephonic conversation with customer care he informed me that my card has been dispatched on my communication address & it will be reached within a week but till now I not get my PAN. From 20 days I am trying to contact on [protected] but its showing check the number I sent email to them but i not get any reply yet, So pls dont make any payments on this site. Yes, I aggree. These guys are scoundrals. Buggers have deactivated all of their telephone numbers. If you send an email you get an automated kind of mail. are running a FAKE business.

I too submitted my documents to taxsmile and paid the amount online but they haven't done anything on this till date. And tomorrow is the last day for filing for this year!!!.
How can I contact them? Or rather how can file a complaint against them. I saw their website promotion even in SBI and Govt IT pages, so thought them a genuine.

below mail i got from Taxsmile after sumitted all the documents to them and paid 125/- as a check.
also they are responding neglegently. how do i submit all metioned documents after so many days.
It is 100% warst service.

Since you have not received the acknowledged copy it has been misplaced in the transit. Hence I request you to please courier your documents to below address. Please forward 2 signed copies of ITR-V along with a Xerox copy of PAN card.
