I had also placed order on ITBC on promise of holiday package, Free Air Travel vouchers... But it is all a big scam. They will charge money from you, and their contribution will be negligible.

the site for registering the request for free gift does not exist.. company does not even provide any other alternative way of requesting the gift. and requesting gift is nessecary betwwn limited days of 5 days.
in my case its 30 may.09
site is not opening. customer executive dont pick calls.this is a fake company.
its a fraud. the company should be penalized, sued, and severe action should be taken against the company. consumers like us are in danger. only consumer forum can save poor souls like us.
we have high faith in you (consumer forum) . we want justice. the company is cheating us. please do justice to us. save the world from this company as there are many other complaints against the same company. please look into the matter urgently

Sir,
THE INDIA TODAY given half page ad in DECCAN CHRONICLE newpaper on 26th.Sept 2009 that JUST PAY Rs.2999/- and get Reebok kit worth Rs.9395/-they given Toll Free No.[protected] through this telephone no. I get touch with them and ordered the above Reebok Kit Worth of Rs.2999/- .
I paid through ICICI credit card Rs. 3199/-{Including Rs.200/-order handling&delivery charges etc.}.
They sent me SMS on 30/09/2009 that my order no OGAO90070117 has been processed after that no comunication.I telephoned {[protected]} but no solution. I sent email to [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com but no reply.
Please advise me.
