Re: Claim A/g my Policy “Happy Family Floater Policy Schedule” Poly. No. 271900/48/2010/3156. This is to inform that my son Mst. JAI was injured and hospitalized on 25th Sept 2010, and operated by Dr. SP Bajaj at Jaipur Golden Hospital. The case was informed to your Div. Officer Mr Atul Srivastav ji , there after we were said to fill the form for claim and verify from hospital and submit to TPA M/s Med Save India . And as said we have submitted all the original documents with bills to the office on 30th Sept,2010. While submitting the documents to MedSave office, they accepted and promised to clear the payments shortly, but after a weak when we asked them they said your TPA is not mentioned in our insurance document, so we had discussed with Mr Atul Srivastav ji he said to resolve the issue with personnel discussions with MedSave soon, but the days are passing, no response from any were, and my payments are struck. Please instruct me what I should do.
