[Resolved] The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Gurgaon (H. R.) — Incomplete Transfer Provident Fund | |
Dear Sir, Sub: Incomplete transfer of my Provident Fund Respected Sir, This has reference to my Provident Fund Account no. HR/GGN/29189/03 regarding the incomplete transfer of provident fund in my ICICI Bank account no.[protected]. I received two cheques on my above bank account which was from the account of my ex-employer M/s. Marposs India Pvt. Ltd. (duration of my work 01.01.2008 – 28.10.2008). Cheque details are as follows: 1. Ch. No. 933204 with Rs. 4488.00 2. Ch. No. 854710 with Rs. 8474.00 Total Rs. 12962.00 I want to also inform you that from 6th June 2006 to 31st December, 2007, I was the employee of M/s. Machine Tools India Ltd. and they transferred my provident fund i.e. Rs. 21161.00 to M/s. Marposs India Pvt. Ltd. Account no. HR/GGN/29189/03. Now, I have confirmed from my ex-employer M/s. Machine Tools India Ltd. about the submission of all the required details of mine alongwith the cheque no. 0034694 dt. 26.03.2009 for Rs.21161.00 (which is already cleared vide dt. 30.05.2009 from their P.F. Account no. WB/5153/P-879) to Gurgaon P.F. office. As per confirmation P.F. office Gurgaon, They have received all the documents alongwith cheque vide dt. 19.05.2009 for Rs. 21161.00. Gurgaon P.F. office VDR no. 625A/19.05.2009. The factual position is that I have received only Rs. 12962.00 on my bank account and still waiting for the balance payment i.e. Rs. 21161.00. My documents are filed on 18.5.09, my PF account number is HR/GGN/29023/10 and till date I have not got my settlement why? I have made many calls to the PF office to the number[protected] but never get a good reply, or the number is continuously busy or the ring goes and no one to reply. Sir I have also sent mail to Gravience department and inform them the same status, now I come to you asking you to help me in getting my settlement cleared as this amount will be used for my mother's operation. Can anything be done from your side immediately. I have also got an acknowledgment from the PF office at Gurgaon stating if the settlement is not cleared by the 17.6.09. My name is "ABU TALIB H GABBUR " and EPF No. is HR/GGN/26723/945. I have submitted my PF form on Feb 12, 2010 and I was told that I would get the amount in 45 working days or a max of 3 months,
however still now I am waiting for the clearance. I have called in EPF Office gurgaon to inquire about the status but the PRO said that it will take 6 month in case of EPF Gurgaon. Already 6 month over no response.
I would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.

I have withdrawn some PF statements regarding my amount during month of June and July, these statements shows my clearance is under progress since June 2010. Now after then I paid some amount to one of PF employee so that my cheque will be released at the earliest. But sir when I contacted again in the month of September 2010 then new clerk told me that they have not yet received my PF form. Even though I have submitting detail along with PF statements drawn from your office.
Sir, Please look into the matter and do some hard steps to avoids such types of mistakes in PF office.
