[Resolved] Tikona — no response to my claim of very very low speed service | |||
i bought Tikona Digital Network internet connection approx 10 days back...at that time it was told me that my speed will be 600kbps and specifically downloading speed will be 50-60 kbps.But i am getting my connection speed just 4-5kbps...even though i complained to customer care 2-3 times...but no action has been taken by till now....i am feeling very sorry for such incident and very very poor response from Tikona digital network....kindly take some action against this service provider so that such incidents don't repeat ....my user id is:[protected],Mumbai,Andheri East ,punam nagar,mahakali road,pmgp,my email id:[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
