[Resolved] Tikona — Surrender of Connection | |||
I had placed a request for disconnecting my broadband connection. A refernce number was also generated 1-[protected] by the Nodal Officer on 10th dec 2011. The organisation is so irresponsible that apparently they have mentioned that the customer is not available on the phone when contacted. How conveniently they find excuses to not work. And then they keep on sending bills, followed by recovery agents et al. It is really pathetic. Although the technical problem in this connection hasbeen for over a month,and even after repeated compalints, nobody has rectified it. But the bill has been sent on time. I do not understand, am I supposed to pay this bill for not providing me services or for giving me services? Was this information helpful? | |||
