[Resolved] Tikona Broadband Connection — service not delivered but bills sent | |||
I had applied for a broadband connection sometime in July 2010 and even paid some initial amount. But service was never delivered. To my surprise, Tikona sent a mail on 14th July saying that service has been activated, but actually no service was activated. Then Tikona sent some bills. I replied to them saying that bills should not be sent to me as service has not been even delivered. I never got a reply from Tokona. Recently I was surprised to receive another bill.
