[Resolved] Tikona — Internet connection | |
Internet connection. My self dhrudip thakkar using Internet connection of Tikona Digital Networks for last four months and submit more than 25 complain within this period without any result. Its fraud company. You never get enough speed. This is new company in India updating process is going on so minimum twice in week u found server is down. after sales service is totally drama. I have subscribed for Internet connection from Tikona in April 2012. Its a 3 year plan. Now every now and then their Internet connection is down. They have a very good provision for registering a complaint by providing a Toll free number but only for taking complaints and NOT for SOLVING IT. Everytime you launch a complaint they will assure you that within 24 hrs or 48 hrs your problem will be resolved. But no guarantee that anyone will turn upto you in 3-4 days. In last 7-8 months of my tenure with Tikona I have launched 12 complaints and everytime it takes 3-4 days to resolve it. They accept that problem is from their end but never replace that device. Everytime I go to work on Internet, I pray that my connection is in place. In most urgent situations it will never help.
I want my money back and want to switch over to a different provider. Also would like to file a official complaint in Consumer Court. If some knows how please help me.
NEVER EVER GO FOR TIKONA. They will just fool you by offering long term plan of 3 years and will take money in advance.

My internet connection is not working since a month and i have submitted complaints consecutively a lot of time but no one is responding.
the customer care department keep saying me to wait for a day each time i call them and tikona enginee। (who need to visit my home) never pick up there phone. Even their team leader is not picking up my call.

I Huseini Bhavnagarwala residing at South Mumbai 400008.
I have been using the Tikona WI- BRO internet connection from last three months provided by Tikona Digital Network.
There was bill amount of 930 Rs due for the month of March and the due date was 12th April'10 but due to some of my personal reason i couldn't pay the bill on time but after that i have paid the bill by Net banking of ICICI Bank (Transaction ID [protected]).
For which Tikona had disconnect my internet service. After the payment done from my end still there no activation from Tikona to start my internet connection
I have been constantly calling the tikona customercare to tell them to start the internet service but there is no single response or feedback aftre shouting and yelling on them they have provided me the complaint no.[protected].
Till now there is no response or action from Tikona Digital Network.
I am feedup of calling an shouting on them.
I would request the Consumer Forum to please take strict action on them.
