I have tikona connection from Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. On 5th Aug 2011 someone has stolen the Tikona modem from my building terrace. I have registered the FIR and emailed the scanned copy to [protected]@tikona.in. I have called them more than 20 times & emailed several times to get the New Modem of Tikona. But no-one ever came to my place to provide me new Tikona modem. Everytime customer service agent says that "Your complaint has been registered and our technical team will follow up with you.".
