[Resolved] Tikona — Disconnection not done | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I was using tikona broadband services. I was not satisfied with their services, so I requested for disconnection of services on 18th November 2011. But they keep sending bills for every month till February 2012. Then I deposited all the dues of Rs 1417.12 in March 2012. Still neither they have given me the NOC nor they have collected the instrument from my home. Initially, when I had requested for installing their broadband service at my place, they did it the same day but when I have requested for disconnection it is now 6 month and still not done. It shows their irresponsible approach towards consumer. Now if their will be some problem in the instrument after 6 month of disconnection they will again charge me. Kindly whoever is concerned authority take some quick action as I am fed up with your email id [protected]@tikona.in and toll free number[protected]. They always reply but does nothing for consumers like me. kindly help me in collection of the broadband instrument and getting the NOC letter.
