[Resolved] Tikona — Poor Service,After Deactivating Still Getting Bill Payment demands | |||
Hi Everyone, I am also another harrassed customer of Tikona. After 1 month of installation the connection did'nt worked properly everymonh.I paid by cheque my bill still my a/c. was deactivated saying hat my cheque has bounced .After so many communications when i was fedup they told ( one mr. C.P.Bhardwaj from tikona) me to pay Rs.1000. & my a/c. would be closed .After paying through citibank cheque no. 323758 dated 09/12/10 for Rs. 1000/- as full & final payment ( BAN No.[protected] to their executive Mr. Devinder Singh ( I have taken a written letter from him too) still i am geting constant calls from tikons. TO HELL WITH THIS KIND OF FRAUD COMPANY. I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO EVER TAKE TIKONA CONNECTION. U WILL NOT SURF BUT SUFFER FOR SURE... Pankaj Naithani. Was this information helpful? | |||
