[Resolved]  Tikona — harassment and fraudulent calls

Hello, I was a previous customer of Tikona broadband [protected]. I have sent an email to Tikona requesting to deactivate my account in the month of January 2012 after numerous requests on phone to discontinue my services. Today, i have received a call from [protected] (who claims to be a sub inspector Devraj Singh, later tracked as “Airtel Adv” from Rajasthan) who said that i have to pay a bill of Rs.7743 immediately as an FIR has been filed against me under Delhi Court . Request you to kindly look in to the issue and also I have subsequently filed a case to consumer forum and am keen to report it to media forum as you all have started using immoral and illegal ways to garner money from people. I want a strong an immediate apology from the company or I will be left with no other option but to file a criminal case against the highest authorities. Please take this seriously and act promptly to avoid further action. piyush [protected]
