This is Really disgusting services all in for everything the customer has suffered.everytime i have to go internet cafe to get my work done since this for my corporate use all our works has been hung up i faces lots of our client problems,i have bare lots of loss,who will be responsble for all this????I have switched for tikona just becoz of service and speed quality and its none of these there exists,Now i want all my money back within a week since i have been informed that it will take 4weeks time how come while you wont serve untill unless customers pays you advances,And now when is pay back time you guys need 4 weeks how pissing stuff is this i m damn serious this time i need my money back which i have paid for quarterly payment.

Mr.B.Upendra has advice me that he will block my id raise the issue for refunds

Note:- if needfull has not been done,i will publish all this mail hisotry in media,press news
channels online consumer complaints & telecom ISP portal,RTI sectors and legal
proceedings will be taken on your risks and expenses.

This is really disgusting services from tikona customer care i have
made more than 4 complaints for no internet access from 4days i,ve
been in followup with tikona people but no one has caring my issue
since my connection is for my corporate use on my company all my works

REMINDER - 10 & FYA Still No Response After Huge Escalation to all complaint Grievance and even after 10th Reminder so pathetic.

I have initiated the legal process against tikona and i m sending all this mail history to media press authorities i m posting this on every online complaint classified portals,i m circulating and posting physical papers which contains this matters.

Impact on Tikona:-

1. 50% business effect on tiokna new customers who are planning to take tikona but dropped after seeing my case.

2. Existing customers are start thinking to remove tikona in order to take precaution before suffering like me.

3. My issue in top of list in every single complaint portal and classified banners.

4. Everyone is start believing that tikona is just an fake company.

As per my discussion with Mr.Upendra yesterday dated 27-04-11,He commit me that he will do the needfull for me if tikona fails to refund my payment.

Plus he said he,l be forwarding me that mail of in which he raise my issue for refund in order me to get the ticket# and other details,but unfortunately he did not respond me anything after that call,very poor commitments and services from tikona staff.

Hence i m taking very extreme steps to to show the real & cheap service face of tikona and believe me it gonna be permanent image for tikona and it will be huge risks and loss for tikona.
