Hi Sir/Madam,

Greetings...!

This complaint is regarding Internet Service Provider ( Tikona ). I didn't pay the respective utility bill for couple of months due to non satisfaction of the service and the same has been informed to ISP(Tikona) for couple of times and even i got the complaint ID's, but the respective concern has not yet been resolved. Due to this i didn't pay the bill.

From past few days i am getting calls and Demand Notice from respective(tikona) person stating that i have to pay the bills at any cost else the issue will be redirected to the Delhi High Court.

Internet — Billing

Hi

I Have Been Charged more than 3500rs for the Month of Dec-Jan Usage of Your Broadband Service.
Thing is At Begining I Was in 799 Plan which includes Unlimited Downloading and Usage but As per U Directed I Changed My plan to 599 but even I Am damm sure that I Was Not Used Much o[censored]r Internet service in Billing month of Dec-Jan.
When I called up ur Customer care Executive He Simply says that Even I[censored]r Modem is in SwitchON Position some Downloads will happen Automatic.
I Dont think so this kind of Responce I will in such a great Concern.

I Cant and I Will not Pay U More than 1000rs

And I Request U to Cancel my Broadband Connection

On 12th Feb I Paid rs.1000

Tikona Digital Network — Service and Billing

This is regrading my Internet connection with Tikona..

At the time of connection I was told that, i won't be charged for installation if I pay for 3 months in advance. Since month of April to september, my bill includes the Rs 800 charges and I must have spoken to many people regarding the billing issue and I was asked to ignore the installation charges and pay for the usage chanrges which i did. I had asked to disconnect my internet connection as I was not really happy with the speed Request id[protected] dated 28th July but nobody came for disconnection. I got a call from Technical department asking me if i would like to continue the service if they resolve the speed issue, I was ok with that so I asked them to change my plan to CB499, 2 mbps. but there was no improvment, Whenever i tried downloading anything it used to hours and eventually gets disconnected. I spoke to CC to work on my speed and if there is no solution. I won't pay for that month and asked for disconnection.

I have disconnected the service but still now i am getting calls for outstanding payment which includes Rs 825/- (800 installation and 25 late payment fees) and usage for August to september.

Could you please look into this and let me know what needs to be done.

Do not join Wirkle Technologies situated in Gurgaon, Haryana. It is run by 3 fraud people who have malicious intention to corrupt the future of young people. They will take you as trainee and will change you for the offer letter and will tell that you have stolen company's property like laptop and mobile devices. They do not give the salary promised and then make excuses by saying that customer is not happy so why should company pay.
