Tikona — Internet Connection not working | |||
Hi Sir, My Tikona Service Id is [protected]. I have taken this connection on[protected]. Since then I am facing problem in this Internet. This is intermittently creating problem. I have called to customer Care several times and they simply open service Request without taking care of that SR, it is closed. Currently I have open SR#1-[protected] which is again not taken care and nobody visit my home. It’s been a long time and I want my 2800/- (rent for three months) back as it’s been a long time and I am not able to use this Internet connection. so dont choose the tikona my suggestion is to go for local isp or beam as they resolve the things fastly what the joke is even after the disconnection on december i am getting the bill for february 15 2014 .
