TIKONA INTERNET PROVIDER HAS PROMISED ME TO CHANGE MY PLAN IN 4 HRS TIME...BUT AFTER 25 DAYS STILL THEY HAVE NOT CHANGED MY PLAN.. GOD KNOW WHY THEY DO THIS I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE 65 TIME.. WORK ORDER IS NOT DONE AFTER 27 DAYS, CANT CHANGE A PLAN
IF THIS ISNT CLOSED SOON I WILL BE TAKING THE DATA AND RECORDED CALLS TO THE CONSUMER COURT. I HOPE MR SURESH CHELLAM WILL SUBMIT HIS ALSO.
