Tikona — Did Not getting Promised speed , Will Not Refund Money | |||
I am Nagaraju Taken Broad Band connection with Tikona Digital Networks. My user id is [protected] I have opted plan for 3 months (Unlimited with 300kbps ).It is good for first five days then on wards My net speed became very slow that is 80 kbps.I made complaint 3 to 4 times But no one is responding well.My complaint number is (1-[protected])their customer care executives are very intelligent because they are using a smooth language to talk to customers but they are unable to provide the solution. they are simply saying please wait until your problem solved . How many days i will wait with out using my net even i paid money.Will they increase my usage days for these 10 days. I have all the proofs to submit when required.. I dealt with Prafool, Abhishek and sharan. Please Atleast now solve my problem Was this information helpful? | |||

Tikona Digital Networks — money not refunded
i have booked broadband internet in TIKONA digital networks at[protected]. Due to non availability of signal they did not give the connection. i paid Rs.1650 through CHECK (no:-88351 Axis bank)Application No: [protected].
they didn't refund the money. i call them more than 20 times, they are not responding.
