Tikona — false billing | |||
Though I have disconnected my service a month back Tikona is sending me false bills. I have tried to call their customer service and also sent them several emails but only reply what I get is matter has been forwareded to concerned department. Where can I escalate thsi issue? I have used tikona for about 4 months. Trust me, im now regretting for that. It's the worst service i've ever seen. The BSNL department ispite of being a govt one, serves better than them. Apart from that, they ask you to pay them cheques by dropping at the atm cheque drop boxes. And when you do that, the next month in your bank statement you get the amount deducted and transferred to tikona, but the company claims that they havent recieved the cheques. For which they ask you to submit the bank account statement asking you the proof of the transaction.
"Now are you a customer or a As**ole??" this is what comes into my mind. I've paid the amount and now they ask me to prove myself that i've done it to the right person. After a month they call me and tell that they have updated my bill. This is the thing that happened with me. I made a request for disconnecting their service, for which they acted after a month charging me with the bill of an additional month o[censored]sage. Its a pain in the A** with these people.
Since then i've been using Beam. I don know if it's there in your local area. But its the killer plan among all the present ISP plans. I've been using it since 5 months, not a single call to the customer care since then. Worth spending 1000 bucks for a 10 MBPS connection. That is what i recommend for the people using tikona presently. Thanks for your patience to read this. I'l be a happy person if someone atleast reads and bothers about this.
Since then i've been getting my bills even though i disconnected my service. They told me they will not collect their equipment till i pay the bill. But i've not used their service and made many requests regarding disconnection upon which they have not acted. Where can i resolve this problem? Any help is appreciated. Thnx
