[Resolved] Tikona — have been asking for Disconnection for 8 days however have sent a Bill | |||
I got the connection installed on 08 August 2010 however first time login was on 12th Aug and on 15th Aug 2010 requested for disconnection due to Low Speed, No connectivity most of the time, Anti Virus promised which never got Installed and worst Customer Service Nobody turned up till date, Later on 21Aug2010 I have been sent a bill of 615Rs I have been calling customer care nobody connects to the Senior and have been promised for Refund of mine Installation Charges Initially but now It's no more Valid Promise as per them. Complete Harrasement..Installation was done within 1 non working day on Sunday but for disconnection nobody is bothered even after 8days. I have sent an email to nagesh.[protected]@tikona.in, nodal.[protected]@tikona.in, [protected]@tikona.in and response awaited Was this information helpful? | |||
