Tikona — Worst & arrogant service from Sales Dept of Pune | |||
We took connection from Tikona Digital Networks dated on 27-07-10 on DD no[protected]. We handed over this DD to sales dept officer named Sadashiv rajmane (Sales Executive id[protected] . But due to some range problem with the connection it didnt work out properly. So we told him to cancel the connection and return the money so he returned our money. But after some days there another sales executive named Sachin jadhav came and said to take the connection with some new promises. He told us to take the connection on demo version for some days and see whether we get the proper speed and range.We handed over 800 that is installation fee by hand but he said that we dont take fee on cash so he gave us a DD of 800 that was given by some one else to him(describing pay to Tikona...) and said that u can give me money and use this DD.We did the same and started using connection . But the same thing happened so we told him to come to our place and fix it. He started giving excuses and said that i have sent a technical guy. But no one came so we called him back and ask him to disconnect the connection and refund our money. He came and started using abusing words. Now we called customer care of tikona so they said that we dont have your installation fees yet till dated[protected] so we told him about the whole scenario and said to refund our money . Our tikona complaint id is[protected]. Now we dont want the connection and want our money back. Please do the needful. You can ciontact us on [protected] or email us at swapper.[protected]@gmail.com.
