[Resolved] Tikona Services — Unethical Business and Poor Service | |||
I am writing this email with full confidence that you can help out to improve the quality service of Tikona customer care. I have written multiple emails to [protected]@tikona.com about my issues but haven't got any response. Below is the sequence of events happened which made me so dissatisfied that I will never look on to purchase or recommend any Tikona service in future. 1) I tried to provide my cell number online to check service availability. 2) Raja- sales executive Tikona, nagpur called me and confirmed that there is 100% possibility/feasibility at my home in Nagpur for Tikona service 3) I immediately issues a check of Rs. 1147/- to Raja with confidence that Tikona is a good brand name and also he wanted to accomplish his monthly targets 4) After a constant follow up for a week time some technical people came and informed me that this connection is not feasible and you will get your refund back in 7 days. 5) After 15 days when I tried to contact Tikona customer care number registered on the website[protected]. Executive named Mr. Farukh Shekh came on the cal and he misbehaved during the call( I recommend to barge tha call of 21st Feb between 3.30 Pm to 3.50 PM). I wanted to complain about his misbehavior and requested to pass the phone to any superior or floor manager which he completely denied. 6) I called back again and Ms. Supriya Salkar recevied the call and being the frined/colleague on the same floor she also didn't pass the call to any superior by saying "Sab aadhe ek gante ke liye bahar he". I could hear from the backed when somebody called' Gaaliya deke, warning deke phone kaat de". I would like to have questions for you. Do you really think after such experiences should I have a good word of mouth for your services. You as a responsible head of customer quality head would like to take any actions against such cases to improve the future services? If yes, please at least respond back on this email by letting me know the date when should I expect my payment back? My Registration form number provided after collecting cheque was: [protected]. I want to thank Tikona for my Refund cheque of full amount. On 3 Aug 2011 I have applied for Tikona ULNTD799 plan and paid installation charges to sales guy, but the installation guy told me that there is no feasibility at my place, so I raised disconnection request. I wasn’t expecting the refund to come to me on time, but to my surprise after 30 days I got my refund cheque. I wish my location was feasible, hope it would be in future as I have good review about their network speed.
