Dear sir, i had called up tikona customer care number[protected] on 07/09/10 and registered a request for deactivation for my internet connection because the speed was very slow and the net would hardly work. But till today (11/10/10) no one has appeared at my place for the same issue and my bill amount has increased to 1400 around. MY subscriber id is [protected] on the name of Neelam Gupta and my address is 31 Church Lane Bhogal N.Delhi-14. i had called up tikona customer care number[protected] on 10/10/2010 and registered a request for deactivation for my internet connection and to collect back the modem, because the usage is not there for internet.
But till today (10/11/2010) no one has appeared at my place for the same issue and my bill amount has raised and calling the executive for sending the legal notices. MY subscriber id is [protected] on the name of Veeresham and my address is MIDC, MMRDA, Jogeshwari-93.
I request you to take some strict action and allow me cancell the account.

i had called up tikona customer care number[protected] from 4 month they are not deactivated my serives, i late call on 8 oct. i am call in there customer care again and again they are not deactivated my serives. whenever i called in there customer care, they are just saying me that it will deactivated but they are not deactivating my serives, and my bill amount has increased to 2100 around. MY subscriber id is [protected] on the name of Amit joshi and address 363 Saraswati vihar, Chakkarpur, gurgaon, haryana-122001.
I request you to take some strict action and allow me compensation of that extra bill amount.
