Dear sir, i had called up tikona customer care number[protected] on 07/09/10 and registered a request for deactivation for my internet connection because the speed was very slow and the net would hardly work. But till today (11/10/10) no one has appeared at my place for the same issue and my bill amount has increased to 1400 around. MY subscriber id is [protected] on the name of Neelam Gupta and my address is 31 Church Lane Bhogal N.Delhi-14. i had called up tikona customer care number[protected] on 10/10/2010 and registered a request for deactivation for my internet connection and to collect back the modem, because the usage is not there for internet.
But till today (10/11/2010) no one has appeared at my place for the same issue and my bill amount has raised and calling the executive for sending the legal notices. MY subscriber id is [protected] on the name of Veeresham and my address is MIDC, MMRDA, Jogeshwari-93.
I request you to take some strict action and allow me cancell the account.

i had called up tikona customer care number[protected] from 4 month they are not deactivated my serives, i late call on 8 oct. i am call in there customer care again and again they are not deactivated my serives. whenever i called in there customer care, they are just saying me that it will deactivated but they are not deactivating my serives, and my bill amount has increased to 2100 around.
