[Resolved] Tikona — Poor Services | |||
My user ID [protected], have complained several times for not proper services, always server down & they charge exhorbitant amount & collecting full payments. But the services are worst, they always say that we are trying to resolve your issue, we never receive SMS from them & no courtesy call also. 22/10 we registered complaint No.[protected] that due to Motherboard problem in our PC we are usig our Laptop & we need to configure the Tikona connection in this for temporary purpose till our PC returns back to office. Till date 28/10/10 we have ot got our services done yet & now when we contacted them they say that in your area the server is down, if we don't use their services then why should we pay them or have they any right to ask for payment for the services which theyr are not providing?? pls can advise if ayone can help.
