[Resolved] Tikona — sending unnecessary bills even after complaint for line disconnection | |||
i have taken tikona connection n their sales man said thaty its connection exist throughout Kolkata. I have changed my residence n tikona's connection does not exist in my new address. i have send them lots of mail n call but still they don disconnected it even after confirming it by msail n they are sending unnecessary bills even if i m not using their connection . Their customer care representative says they wil tranefer their call to ther Senior but they dont. Every time their server n network are having a problen Was this information helpful? | |||
