Tikona Wifi — low speed

am using TATA Photon plus for internet connectivty,but due to very less speed,I took another connection from TIKONA in the month of April,For first five days it was working very smoothly,but after that I have been struggling to get connected to the brad band service,After few days of waiting I been calling the customer care dept on [protected] but everytime they have been assuring it to be resolved in few days time.I have a bussiness through internet which I am unable to do it.My family has been suffering from this as electricity is used for the facility and the income expected to be generated has not been done due to failure of responding to the complaint on time.
