Dear sir/madam I dixit vora hav internet sevice of tikona wireless. I had a tech issue with the product i have tryed to call the tech suppport center and the lady ii spoke to was not giving me the exet reason wht my internet service was nt wrking and she was very unproffesional on call with me whn i asked her she cant talk to me line this shehung up i tyed calling again spk to other executive ask to trns to manager he also hung up on me and thn i tryed 3rd time thr was no one who picked up my call and was nt ready to help me. So pls guid me tht wht this tht wht action i can tack against the compny Was this information helpful? | |
