[Resolved]  Times Of India — Vendor in Vasant Kunj

Dear Sir

Since the time we have been residing C-9, we have been subscriber of TOI and Ecotimes from the same vendor namely PK Newspaper Agency and this agency is the only agency which vends in this entire area as per my information. Virtually he has been exploiting this situation to his advantage despite several complaints by the residents in and around this area. He has been monopolising and indulging in unfair trade practices. Kindly see to it that he does not repeat or indulge in these activities against the interest of the consumers of your newspaper. There are a lot of residents of C-9 in particular who are gunning for taking a legal action against him collectively.

Dear Sir,

It is the same in B-10, Vasant Kunj. I think our newspaper vendor is the same, and he has been taking advantage of the monopolistic newspaper vending market here in vasant kunj. Unfair practices include, charging for news paper despite no delivery, late delivery apart from being rude & threatening. I tried to get other vendors to deliver but that seems impossible with the law of monopoly in this region.

Please advise how could i help or seek help.

I agree to both the comments above, not only the P K News agency reps are being monopolistic they are rude and bullish also. I think we should join hands and throw this garbage out of vasant kunj. he had produced one false bill, which I refused to pay, inturn he stopped the delivery of the paper.
These guys are like Mafia.
I stay in B-11, and these news papaer agency guys sit all day in B-7 market, just opposite FabIndia, I have spoken to them twice, they are useless and arrogant. The worst part I came to know is P K Newsagency is the only vendor in this part of vasant Kunj.

I am in for any action

b 5&6 newspaper vendor is misbehaving and is charging more on the bill and when i objected to it he simply stopped newspaper delivery. I think we should do something about this.

Times of India — non availability of times of india epaper in USA

recently i am on vacation at USA. Since then i am not getting free epaper as i was getting while i was in india kindly help
