[Resolved] Times Of India Newspaper — Not receiving news paper even after paying subscription amount | |||
Hi, I have paid an amount of Rs. 180 for the subscription of TOI daily News Paper to one of the executive (Mr Rayees) from Times of India in Hyderabad, Mehdipatnam Area. I had paid the amount in the month of March for 6 months subscription offering and i have not received a single news paper yet from the Times of India. I tried to call paper boy (Mallesh - [protected]) who supplies news paper in area and it seems that he has changed his mobile no. I would like TOI group to urgently look into this issue and investigate why this type of wierd things are happening by their company executives who are well trusted. Mr Rayees is employed with Times of India from the past 8 years and this is not expected from him atleast. I urge you to take this matter to TOI Group and provide me an update. Thanks Regards. I have paid an amount of Rs. 180/- for half yearly contribution of paper and since 01/08/2010 the paper is not received. The paper boy says the monthly slip has not been received. This is the second time I did not get the paper. In July 2010 also i did not get the paper for 5 days and this is the second time. The Executives/responsible persons are not at all taking any sort of interst/positive response to our calls. What to do i do not know. Hope all the customers who are paying this half yearly subsciption are victims of this irresponsibel national paper. If you can not manage shut down your doors. Previously i was a subsriber of Deccan Chronicle and never felt these kind of cheating. My mobile No. [protected]
