Sir, I am a regular reader of Times of India news papper, inthat there was an advertisement for online shopping in the name of indiatimes.shopping.co.in, as i know about Times of india i placed a order for k780 iphone mobile with all accessories blue tooth head set,2 batteries,2GB memory card,order no is[protected], i received the same 24th of july09, but the phone have lot of problems,1,volume not in control,2,bluetooth not working,3,icons are shaking,4,Time shows slow running,sensors are not working properly,5,tottaly its too hard to operate,for this i paid Rs 7100/00, and i returned the phone for replacement , after a week i received the phone as same problemetic condition, as i informed to [protected]@indiatimes.co.in,they gave phone no to contact[protected]/55 but they are not attending my call, tottally i have been cheated , sir kindly take action and get the refund or replacement with good one, thanking you Was this information helpful? | |

Indiatimes shopping is totally fraud. I send mone for Sigmatel S400 but another defective non-working dead model was sent by Teknix. As per advice from Indiatimes, I sent back the mobile 4 times, but each time Teknix returned the box without opening it.

We received ordered item on 20 Sep 2010
Ordered item have 1 month warranty (from 20 Sep 2010 to 20 Oct 2010)
As we face problem in product, we rise complaint on 15 Oct 2010 (with in warranty period) with complaint number 502808
What ever invoice we have received - that invoice contain contact number [protected] which is also wrong. Means all wrong numbers we got from you.
Froud merchants we seen on Indiatimes shopping.
Till date not you have collected faulty product from us nor given address to dispatch faulty product back nor contact numbers given by you for support are correct.
What to do ? Is this INDIATIMES SHOPPING support towards customer ?
