[Resolved]  TIN - NSDL — PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

Sir,

I am sorry to say that your office had sent my [protected] PAN Card addressing 2/1A Nirod Bihari Mallack Road, Kolkata -700006. But, when the delivery time that time I have not presented and I went to out of West Bengal. So I have not received your providing PAN Card.And return it your office

So, Sir I request to you please send it again and I am sorry for this absent.

i have applied for PAN card vide acknowledgement No. [protected], subsequently PAN No. BMTPR9828P was allotted to me . As per your record the card was sent one time to my address but it was not received by me. kindly send it to my address again as soon as possible.

My self Shaphali Mahajan, I have applied for NSDL PAN CARD. Sir it has become one & half month for being applied for PAN CARD.As I have acknowledgement no [protected] on the date;15 feb.2013.mobile no.[protected].Since I have not received the PAN CARD to my current address.So I am requsting you to .please send the PAN CARD as soon as possible.

I was serving in IAF and discharge from service on Nov 2002. One PAN No. ADFPJ8989F might be allotted during that period through IAF channel without my knowledge and the same card not received so far. At present I applied for new PAN and got the PAN having No.ARLPJ9169M. Then I came to know the duplicate PAN No. and immediately I applied for cancellation of old PAN No. But it is till found on query. Therefore, it is requested to you to take necessary action to cancel the PAN No.ADFPJ8989F at the earliest.
