[Resolved]  Total Mall — Bought a Videocon 2 door Refrigerator (CD05827). Not working from day of delivery

I bought a Videocon double door Refrigerator on 27th Sept 2009. The fridge was delivered on 27th itself but it is only working in the testing mode and freezes all the stuff kept in the Refrigerator. Sometimes it doesn't even work at all.
I called up the Total Mall number on the bill and was redirected to Mr Sreedhar (Mobile# [protected]) who promised to look into the matter, send a technician and replace the fridge soon. Have been calling him again n again to follow up but I get the same replies all the time. No action has been taken so far.
