Total Mall — Delivery Delay

I bought a cot, deluxe mattress and wardrobe from Total Mall in Airport Road, Bangalore. They delivered a damaged cot after 10 days, they took it back , returned with a cot (another 10 days) but a unfitting mattress. Now there is complete apathy whenever I call them to replace the mattress. The furniture department does not understand what is meant by Customer Service. Was this information helpful? I too faced this problem with Total Mall. I had bought a Sofa Set and they delayed the delivery for 12 days.
I had to call them hundred times to get the sofa delivered. Many a times they used to switch off their phones as well and never answer back.
Highly disappointed and very frustrating.

I too faced with similar situation. I paid for a 350 Liters LG fridge. They said in 3day they will deliver. After big fights they delivered after 4days . But the model was another one which is 2000 inr less than the one I booked. One sales person syed manually changed the carbon copy with a new model number. I have returned the product. They are very unprofessional in dealing. Be careful buying things from total malls.

I do agree.
FURNITURE SECTION OF TOTAL MALL IS A PATHETIC ONE.

THEIR DELIVERY IS NEVER ON COMMITTED TIME!!!

ABOVE ALL THEY SUPPLIED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHICH I AM FOLLOWING UP EVERY DAY TO GET IT REPLACED
