[Resolved]  Toyota Etios — Battery Problem

I own an ETIOS SEDAN and the battery is discharged if its not used for about 20-25 days. I have to get the battery charged from the service center every time i come from outstation. When i complained to the service center they told me that i must have left the lights on, which was not the case. Initially i didn't take a note of this but now when this has become a recurring problem, i spoke to the Breakdown service guy of DSK Toyota and he said that the battery gets discharged if not used for 15 days. Also he suggested me to loosen the battery connection whenever i am not to use it for 15 days. This is a very weird solution that has been given as there is no switch to do this.

When i asked him the reason for the battery to be discharged, he replied that he was because of the internal security system that is active all the time I think that Toyota uses no different Security System from other CARS and if my previous CAR the battery lasted for not less than 3 months, certainly more is expected from Toyota ETIOS.

This is just one apart from the other hell lot of issues faced with ETIOS.

This is very disappointing from Toyota!!!
