[Resolved] Tradus — Fraud | |||
Respected Sir i ordered a headphone from a website Tradus.com and after 3 days i received headphones but those were totally different from what they had shown on the website, so i complained to their customer care after days and number of emails i get a mail from the company stating that to send the pictures of the headphones i received to show that it was not the one they offered on the website so i sent the mail, again after many days and numbers of mails finally i was asked to ship the headphones to their office and they will initiate the refund within 2 days so i sent the parcel to their address which was IBIBO Web Private Limited 6th Floor, Pearl Towers, Plot No 51, Sector 32, Gurgaon, Haryana-122002.i mailed their executive the tracking no provided by the company the parce was shipped to their office next day and for few more days there was no reply i sent few mails and then i get a call from their executive stating that what form do i want the refund cheque which would take 4 weeks of time or they could credit the amount in my account which would take 2 weeks so i asked them to credit the amount in my account , the executive she told me that she will forward me an email stating what all the information do they need i said ok and the conversation ended. next day i checked my mail and there was a mail from them stating that the amount has been credited to my account. how is that possible without even taking any information about my bank account how can they transfer the money into my account i asked the same question from them through many mails but i have not got any reply from them till date and its been many days. this is simply the case of fraud they did to me. the website from where i bought the headphones is tradus.com and the headphones they are selling online in http://www.tradus.com/brand-new-monster-beats-dr-dre-mixer-hd-headphones-white-copy/p/MOAMKNFT3KJDDJX...⇄ also they are selling fake products to the customer which is also a crime of selling and promoting sales of fake product i have all the mail conversation b/w me and their executive the total value of headphones which i paid was rs 629 . i now the amount is very small but it is not about the money like me they have fraud many other people and they should learn a lesson i request you to kindly look into the matter. I have a very bad experience from tradus. Writing a detailed review it can help others, so that they can avoid strucking in trap of TRADUS.IN
In the month of September, i made 3 purchases from tradus,
One was Samsung Bluetooth headsets
Second was multipurpose pillow (Success fully delivered)
& Third one was Electronic glass weighing machine.
First order was samsung bluetooth headsets, which tradus refunded payment stated as "PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK" where as it was still selling in website. as i gifted this product to some one, so i felt very embarrassed & humiliated.
My Second product got successfully delivered, which i gifted to some one. so no problem for that.
My third product was electronic weighing machine, this also i gifted to some one. The product got delivered. But i came to know, that the product was faulty and not working. I immeditely contacted tradus customer care, as they have a standard 15 days no condition return policy. but i was amazed as they gave me sellers number & said please talk to seller, he will do the needfull. Sellor was indiamall, new delhi, i called to the mobile number provided. After basic trouble shooting questions he gave me email id [protected]@gmail.com and asked to send a detailed mail of problem & said ur problem will be resolved and will be contacted by our team. so i did same. send a detailed mail. I also send 2-3 mails to tradus. more than 4-5 days have been passed & no body responded. Its seriously unprofessional and fraud business practice. My only concern was to either replace the faulty product or refund my money.
Any ways i am planning to take necessary steps against tradus in consumer court.
I am posting my complain here, please help me...

Italk Kintel 2232 Dual Sim GSM Phone
I have brought Italk Kintel 2232 Dual Sim GSM Phone through tradus.com on 23.08.2013 with sub order id 10427656_01. The charger is not working. The battery is old and not coming for a hour also. waste of money. seller is a cheater.35%

I bought a mobile phone - Dell XCD35 from Tradus.in in the starting of April.I got in few days.
But to my shock it was a used,old,broken phone in a broken seal condition.
I asked for reverse pickup which they did after 2 weeks(horrible service!).
Tradus.in customer service people asked me to wait 3 days for the refund but now its more than a week and no reply from their end.They dont even tell me if I will get a refund or when will i get.And they also cant assure me if the replacement will be in good condition!
They treat their customers very badly!
I am looking for a legal action now with the help of a lawyer friend.
I will be grateful for any help.
