[Resolved] Travel Chacha — Customer Care Worst Response | |||
Hi My name is Nirmal Kumar, I had booked my ticket from travelchacha from pune to bangalore on 18th Augast, Everything was successful till the payment deduction. Once the payement was deducted from my HDFC Account, i din receive the confirmation details, it jus said it'l be updated within 15mins, i called up customer care numb and the lady said it'l be updated within 30mins as their server is down. i waited for 30mins and thn again called but there was no one to respond. Today i asd her regardin this and she told me the support team will contact me back and i asd i need to speak now but she cut the call. Date tickets booked was 21/july/2010 ccavenue number is CCA[protected] Plz help me on this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Worst site to book tickets. Pls dont use this website to book any tickets.

I had booked an air ticket from an online site travelchacha.com on 4th August 2010.In their site it is specified that I will get the e-ticket via email with 1 business day.I did'nt get the ticket through email or any confirmation from them in this regard till 7th August 2010(3 business days over).In their site status still show as "Under process" - So I miss the chance to get a confirmed ticket.I had called to there office several times through different numbers provided in their site and send emails to them but no response at all - no one is attending phone calls just ringing.So I strongly suspecting that its a fraudulant site.I had done the payment through Visa credit card and the site is encripted via https(with valid certificate).How to give complaint? How to get the full amout back?
Does this site help resolving the complaints?? Are the complaints being fowarded to the company or someone to take action??

i am also suffring this problem, but i received some mony back as booking ticket, company now surfing some finaicial problem in past two month, i think it will be ok after some time, company is now running but as very very low finiancial budget, company getting some problem with his compititor, now my more then one lac credited in company account but i belive compnay will refund my mony back early as possible.

I have done a tciket through travel chacha on 11th aug, 10 for oct frm chennai to agartala, i have also received a booking confirmtio no ANQYMS, but till today ie 18th aug i have not recieved my tickt or PNR, when i checked with jet airways they have not received any payment from travel chacha, & my money of 10, 000 got debited from my account.Let us launch a police complaint, my id is [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]
