[Resolved]  Ttk Healthcare Services — delay in receiving the claim amount

Dear All,
I am working with India infoline group and we have a medical group insurance done through TTK Health Services. My wife was hospitalised and i had send the claim form and all relevant documents(including teh pending and query documents) to TTK office in the first week of September. I have been reguraly calling([protected]) and following up with them on the status and every time i get a reply that the documents are with the team of experts and pending for a final check and that they would get back to me in a couple of days. I must have called them atleast 50 times in the last 3 mths and i keep getting the same status. Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me in getting my claim at the earliest

I send a claim application no CHE-1109-CL-0002634 still i didn't get any information regarding the claim amt .i send the xerox copy of the origal form waiting for replay

I am working with Accenture India Pvt.Ltd. and we have tied up with TTK health care services and a Oreintal Insurance Comapny is approving authority of claim submitted through TTK Health Services. I had send the claim form and all relevant documents to TTK office in the second week of Oct'09. I have been reguraly calling(call centres, offices any no. which I get-[protected], [protected], [protected],[protected] and following up with them on the status and every time I get a reply that the documents are with the team of experts and approved amount cheque is pending for a final check and that they would get back to me in a couple of days. I must have called them atleast 100 times in the last 3 mths and i keep getting the same status. Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me in getting my claim at the earliest

i am the policy holder of the ttk health and i was submitted a claim before ttk in last september 2010 Unfortunatlly till today i have not get any claim amount . so I humble request you to hand over my claim amount as soon as possible

Horrible service these guys have. The sales guy told me while insuring my parents that even the OPD claims are covered. I took 2 policies worth 5 lacs each and the claims have been denied when I sent them over. Absolute Thieves. !!
my card no is che-ui-L[protected] im not get my claim amount after 2 moth ...can you pls tell how many days will be pending for get claim amount ?
