Hi Everyone,

Please consider this as I dont want any one to struggle like me..

This is the Worst TPA Insurance for ever in my life and I do believe that this is the Worst one in the Whole World.

I have submitted the Claim for my Mother (Card No : CHE-NC[protected]C.

Each CC Executive is telling one reason like Server down, No Claim received etc.. From past 2 days Iam struggling like a Slave to get the issue sorted out.

Please Don't Ever opt for this Most Worst Insurance.. Plz Plz for God Sake..

Dont GO FOR The TTK... They are asking Biopsy Reports without any Operation and Rejecting the CLAIM...!!! Waste of MONEY BY Buying this... This WONT Help Anyone....

    i have ttk helath card.i wantto renew it for this year .iam not able to find the center in hyd and iam not able to get any information regarding this in my city . The Agent who has been applied this card is not available in my town .could you please help regard this.

      My dad got admitted on[protected] in Akshaya Hospital bhopal for the treatment of nemonia. And my dad got a medical policy for that hospital staff sent many emails to TTK on various email address and faxes to them for the purpose of approvel but they didn't replied to us yet.

      sometime they used to say that our policy is lapse.
      sometime they used to say that our server is down.
      sometime they used to say that our application is in the process from 3 days ( that means in emergency case a patient may be died before their approval. "ha ha ha")
      sometime they used to say that they didnt recieve our documents or message. even on[protected] a representative told us they got our document but after that they used to say that they dont have any information about us.


      I don't know hoe they rascals are working.

        Dear Sir,

        This is Parthasarathy Victor. I am working at Chennai. I applied medical claim for Labor on July 1st week and got reply mail as "claim got approved, payment has been made thru ECS with reference number." on 14th Sep. I checked with my company and they said as no payment has been credited. I sent 4 mails from 14th Sep. But even they are not responding. So kindly guide me to make the complaint and formalities.

        TTK ID NO. BLR-AD[protected]C AND CLAIM NBLR-10-12-CN-L85431
        I had undergone treatment in Amrita Ayurveda Medical Hospital and College (Kollam-Kerala)from 25th Jul to 8 Aug 12 for Arthritis and I was admitted in the Hosp for the said period. I had preferred a claim of Rs 21, 000 for the above. TTK has rejected my claim on the ground that the treatment could have been done as 'Out Patient'. There is no logic on this as the conlsullting doctor has advised treatment as 'In patient' and TTK has no jurisdiction on this account. I had sent 2 mails to TTK but to no avail. Please redress my grievance and pass my claim

          I have submitted a medi claim in last december. I have submitted all orginal documents to TTK.I have included two xray bill of total 450.I dont have these Xrays with me because these Xrays are kept in hospital. My total bill amount is 21000. I send mail to TTK to exlude 450 from claim amount.

          I got confirmation from TTK that they got my reply.Now they are finding new reasons to delay my claim.Now they are asking to produce late submission letter from National insurance .This is a corporate account .I donot know how to get it.

          When i call TTK's call center they are saying different reply.Last week when i called they said clain is under process. after 2 days when i called they said still processing .Today called then they said they need hardcopy of letter for not having xrays

          I never seen such a bad customer care.Realy frustrated with TTK's action

              Hi All,

              I had insured my parents through a seperate plan in TTK Health care servises on november 2011 for a policy that is valid till 16th october 2012 By paying 3000 Rs. In between I had to change organisation. So at present I am not a employee of accenture. Now my mother is hospetalised and TTK health servises say that the policy will terminate once I leave the company and they are not letting me claim the hospital expenses. So can tyou please help me.

                  I J.VASUKI had submitted a claim on 12th March2012 for having undergone a surgery for hernia and appendicitis
                  Claim no. CHE-0312-CL-0003232..When i contacted TTK, they replied that " my claim had been approved on 26th March
                  itself for Rs .83552/- and it is under final stage of process and call them back after a week". But still i have not received
                  the cheque. I had been calling them several times and i am receiving the same reply for the past 5 - 6 weeks.
                  I dont understand why there is abnormal delay after having been approved, in settling the claim.I have also registered
                  a complaint with the TTK HEALTH CARE SERVICES, CHENNAI.
                  COMPLAINT NO. COL 6100074 on 25th April 2012. I request you to kindly do the needful in settling my claim at the earliest.

                    Sir,

                    I have submitted bills for the hospitalization for my wife. I have submitted all my bills for the claims to TTK Healthcare Services Ltd Chennai for the claims in the month of August 2010, as they are the third party claims company for my insurance.

                    The claim number is # CHE-0911-CL-0001613. I have been calling up TTK health care customer department since then every week. whenever I call them they say that its under process, and after few days they said, we need to get insurance company approval and so and so unrelated reasons.
                    After few months they started saying, it will take 7 days from now please call back us after 7 days, whenever I call I am told the same answer, when I started questioning how many 7 days I need to wait and call back, then they started disconnecting the call.

                    Please help me in this regard.

                        Sir,
                        I have TTK health insurance for self and family through my Office group insurance. My Mother Mrs.Logammal (Card No. CHE-NC-T[protected]C) was admitted at Sri Ramachandra Hospital, Porur, Chennai, on 24/05/2011 and discharged on 28/05/2011. She had undergone surgery for TA rupture during this period.
                        At the time of discharge, I received the bill summary (Hospital No 858776) from the hospital stating the Net charges as Rs. 54359.60. I paid Rs. 10477 (Receipt No: 1708057) by cash towards non-medical items to the hospital and hence the Net amount to Pay is Rs. 43882.60.
                        However, TTK insurace approved amount is Rs. 46132 while the net amount to pay to hospital is Rs. 43882. Rs. 2250 more than the actual amount to be paid Rs. 43882 (as per the bill summary) to the hospital.
                        Eventhough, I sent mails and registered post, I did not receive any response from the hospital or TTK. My oofice also could not get any response from them
                        How can I take legal action against TTK and Sri Ramchandra hospital?

                        Hello Everyone,

                        My mother had a throat operation on December 2011 and she undergone treatment which was not listed under TTK and they promised me that once i submit the original bills they will going to reimburse the total expense got completed.

                        After my mother throat operation I submitted all the original bills with doctor full report, however after one week TTK came back and asked me to get the original bills from the Hospital where my mother was undergone for operation, I had zerox copy of the initial bills and I replied to them stating that I have already submitted the bills why you are asking again, nothing they said for my question instead of that they said we need original bills to process your claim which is irritating and pathetic.

                        I would like highlight that TTK services are very worst and they will not provide the patient operation bill amount at once and they will ask several times to submit the Original bills but Original bills will be submitted only once and can not be taken from Hospital every time whenever they (TTK) want.

                        Hence I have stopped the TTK health insurance and planning to go for good health insurance company which is having good service in market.

                          Hi, I had taken TTK mediclaim policy for my parents, through my company; Policy Number : 421300/2012/ACCENTURE-POLICY2. I mistook 20,000+ and 38,500+ as 2,000+ and 3,800+(due to absence of coma in the numbers). Realising that the policy premium is too high, i have tried contacting them to cancel the policy and refund my salary of the December month, but to no avail. I had been to TTK office in BTM, and they gave a cold response. Even contacting Mumbai office was a waste. I request them to PLEASE CANCEL THE POLICY AND REFUND MY SALARY, (and deduct no further amount from my salary) as I have no other means of earnings.

                            We have a Mediclaim Policy with CitiBank through TTK Healthcare TPA Private Limited (Card # CHE-NI-GH[protected]B - Sonali Thakur).
                            When my wife was hospitalized, I intimated TTK about the same and they provided me Claim # for follow-up (POL)
                            I submitted the claim Documents to TTK Andheri office on 4th of December 2011.
                            I called the Chennai call centre on[protected] and got to know that the claim was approved for some amount on 16th December and the cheque had been dispatched on 19th. I have been trying to follow-up with the company since then and still have not received any reply from them.
                            The cheque was returned due to wrong address details but I had specifically mentioned the address where we wanted to receive the cheque,
                            I wrote to the customer service on Wed 12/28/2011 and received a autoreply mail (TTK CRM #46173).
                            There after I wrote to the same mail on Thu 1/5/2012 and again received a autoreply mail (TTK CRM #464605).
                            I have again written to them today ([TTK CRM #466940) but still not received any reply on my earlier mails or call on the Chennai HelpLine No.
                            It has been more than a month and I have been receiving different replies from the call centre executives everytime I call them.
                            The claim cheque is ready but still I have not received it and the level of service is extremely disappointing.
                            Request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                                I am an employee of IBM INdia Pvt Ltd and our health insurance provider is TTKHealthCare services.
                                I was hospitalised in the month of April due to Maternity. I submitted my original documents of hospitalization for reimbursement to TTK Healthcare Services on the 5th of may through courier. TTK Healthcare services asked for another set of documents which I had sent through courier again. But after a couple of months they rejected my claim stating that documents are not complete. According to the hospital all documents were given but this insurance provider does not seem to be satisfied. Also, they are not ready to respond to any call or mail communication from my end. I have not yet received any written confirmation from them. I have a copy of all documents with me. I do not understand this carelessness.

I ASSUME THAT THESE ARE JUST A DELIBERATE PLANNING TO WITH HELD THE MEDICAL CLAIM. HOWEVER THE REQUIRED PAPERS , WHICH YOU MEANT NOT GIVEN IS SENDING ALONG WITH THIS LETTER.

                                    IF THE DISPUTE IS NOT SETTLED WITH IN 8 DAYS I WILL BE GOING TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION COUNCIL FOR JUSTICE. IT IS A SHAME ON YOUR PART BY HARASSING THE POOR PEOPLE BY THE WAY OF MEDICAL CLAIM. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS AT THE EARLIEST AND AVOID UNNECESSARY DELAY IN PROCESSING THE CLAIM.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      This is to bring to your notice that I had submitted my wife’s(Vanaja Mohanan) claim form on 7/9/10 & the same was received by courier at your Marol office on 8/9/10 .
                                      Let me explain you in brief, my wife was admitted to hospital on 23/8/10 & got discharged on 24/8/10. The same was intimated to your office wide my letter dated 24 /8/10 & also telephonically intimated & the POL NO. 4052244 . She was under treatment till 13/09/2010. Telephonically I was told from your office that within 15 days we can submit the claim. So, accordingly we had submitted the claim form within 15 days, which you can check at your end.
                                      I contacted your office telephonically on 18/10/10 & here I was informed that the claim is under process. Then by November first week , I was informed that my claim form was rejected, & I will get letter informing the same. After this also I had contacted your office many times, and all the time your office gave the same reply that “ We will courier you the rejection letter .” First of all I don’t understand why the claim got rejected . Now it is nearly 2 months passed but till now I have not received your rejection letter . I AM VERY MUCH SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REJECTION LETTER.
                                      I request you to kindly look into this & let me know why my claim was rejected & why we have not received the claim rejected letter.
                                      If you are not responding to this letter with in 3 days , then I will approach higher authority for further assistance.

                                        Terrible customer service!!
                                        3 months and still no response on the status.
                                        Each time the helpline is called up the only response that we receive is call up after 1 week.
                                        The help care email says they are committed to response within 7 days. But over 15 days have passed and no response yet.
                                        Senior citizens following up for months together though their health does not permit it.
                                        Least they could do it provide a proper response ..Is that too much to expect???
